Charitable Creations Jewelry offers the following Shipping and Returns Policy:

Shipping:

Most orders are completed within 7 - 10 days of receiving cleared payment. If you are paying via an e-check, your order will not be created until the payment has cleared.
Delivery time will be longer during the holidays, up to 6 weeks, so please plan ahead when making holiday purchases.

I try my best to send items out as soon as possible. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with Tracking.
I offer a Priority and Express Shipping upgrades if you need your order sooner. This can be added to your cart via the link to the left.

PayPal Payment Orders:
All orders are shipped to the address on your PayPal account, so please make sure it is current.
If you need your order shipped to an address different from your PayPal, please let me know in the note section of PayPal.

Insurance:
I am not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. Once your package is in the mail system, I can not be responsible. I strongly suggest you purchase insurance for your package.
There is an option to add insurance during the checkout process

Refunds:

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. I individually hand stamp each letter on all personalized hand stamped jewelry. Variations in spacing and alignment are part of the unique charm to your hand made piece and should not be considered a defect. Because each piece is a custom order, I can not offer refunds, however if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, please contact me via the contact form or email and I will do my best to resolve the problem. Your Satisfaction is my #1 priority!

PERSONALIZATION:

Your custom order will be created to what is written in the Personalization section, so please double check your message and spelling before completing your order.

You must be as specific as possible with how you would like your item/s personalized. Especially when ordering multiples of the same item. ALL PERSONALIZED ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE!! So please explain your desired personalization as clearly as possible =)
