Shipping:
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of your custom order! Delivery time will be longer during the holidays, so please plan ahead when making holiday purchases.
I try my best to send items out as soon as possible. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with Tracking. If you need something for a special occasion, or for information about any of our products, please email me at charitablecreations@yahoo.com or use our contact form.
Refunds:
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. I individually hand stamp each letter on all personalized hand stamped jewelry. Variations in spacing and alignment are part of the unique charm to your hand made piece and should not be considered a defect. Because each piece is a custom order, I can not offer refunds, however if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, please contact me via the contact form or email and I will do my best to resolve the problem. Your Satisfaction is my #1 priority!
Your custom order will be created to what is written in the Personalization section, so please double check your message and spelling before completing your order.
Choosing a Charity
During Checkout please enter your charity in the appropriate section. This is done when adding your shipping and billing information and is a required field. Below is a screen shot of the checkout page; please take note of arrow pointing to the 'Enter a Charity' box.
