I want my order shipped to a gift recipient, what should I do? TOP
All shipping labels are printed through PayPal. If you need your order shipped to a gift recipient you MUST enter that address on your PayPal account for this order.

What payment types do you accept? TOP
You have two choices for making your payment...You can pay using your PayPal account or you can pay with your Visa, MasterCard or Discover Credit and/or Debit card.

When checking out you have the opportunity to select how you would like pay. Simply select your desired payment option and enter the required information.

When will my order ship? TOP
All my jewelry pieces are created just for you when you place your order. Most orders are shipped within 5 days except for peak holiday times when orders can take up to 4 weeks before shipping. Please plan ahead for your holiday shopping gifts. If you need something by a specific date, please contact me and I will try to accommodate you as best I can =)

Do you offer Priority Shipping? TOP
Yes. For domestic orders only. If you would like to upgrade your shipping you may add this to order via the link in the left hand column. Please note that this does not speed up the process of your order. This only upgrades the shipping method.


I need my order asap. Do you offer Rush Processing? TOP
Yes. But only if all material for your order is in stock. If you need your order rushed, please contact me and if all supplies for your order are in stock, for a $15 Fee your order can be created and shipped in as little as 2 days.  After contacting us to confirm this service will be available for your order, you may add it to your cart via the link under our OPTIONS tab.

Do you offer refunds? TOP
Refunds for non-personalized orders are done on a case by case basis. There are no refunds for personalized orders. However,  I want you to be completely thrilled with your new piece. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact me and we can discuss the problem and work out a solution. All items are custom made in my studio just for you when ordered. Each character is individually hand stamped, so there will be variations in spacing and alignment. This is what makes hand stamped jewelry so unique...no two pieces are alike. 

How will my items be packaged? TOP
All items are packaged in a beautiful organza gift bag and then placed in one of our signature reusable gift tins. Cuff bracelets are packaged in a white and silver organza bag and placed in a gloss black pillow box. All items are packaged and ready for gift giving.

How do I use my Gift Certificate or Coupon? TOP
In your shopping cart you will see boxes that are provided for you to enter you Gift Certificate Code (box marked 'Gift Voucher') or your Coupon Code (box marked 'Discount Coupon'). After you have entered your code, click the 'recalculate' button.

How do I care for my jewelry? TOP
Clean your sterling silver jewelry often using a polishing cloth. When you are not wearing your piece, place it in a zip lock bag to help reduce tarnishing. Sterling silver tarnishes over time from the air and contact with chemicals. Keeping your jewelry in zip lock bags will help keep your jewelry from scratching against each other and will help reduce the tarnishing process.

How do I find my bracelet size? TOP
For Cuff and Charm bracelets your bracelet size will be your wrist size in inches.
